2013 - An exciting year ahead

2012 bought many challenges for NLWS but was also an amazing year, our Aviva competition win enabled us to expand our facilities with a highlight being power and running water which will make our lives a lot easier, the new kitchen facilities and expansion of the bear facility all exciting progress taking us into 2013.

At the end of 2012 we had a young male grizzly come in from Golden, BC to join our 2 other male grizzlies from Castlegar, a lynx along with a pack rat, a muskrat and a total of  29 black bears.

2013 will be an amazing year with an upcoming membership drive on Saturday 19th January, join us on our facebook page.
